What we offer within the role of Site Manager Onshore
As HV Cable Installation Manager Onshore, you will demonstrate leadership at all stages of a 1.4 billion USD project and collaborative effort to eliminate contractual liquid damages, while ensuring safe cable installation.
You are required to manage all project installation operations and assure that quality, schedule and budget objectives are met.
In this role, you will interface with external clients, suppliers, government agencies as well as other NKT departments. You should also have a modern, inclusive, and developing leadership approach.
Additional to the above your primary tasks will consist of:
- Making sure that NKT installation processes and procedures are followed
- Coordinating activities and planning with the PIM and jointing resources
- Managing all site activities
- Prior experience working in civil works environment or cable installation
- Must be eligible to work in the US with ability to travel domestically and internationally
Experienced and result motivated HV Cable Installation Manager Onshore
To thrive in this role, you must have industry related experience managing site installations of renewable energy cable. Have the ability to multi-task. Furthermore, you feel comfortable to lead and train others.
You are result driven with a self-starter, detailed oriented, process driven, and have a strong customer oriented, high quality mindset.
You have a structured work ethics and a good analytical ability. You're strong sense of responsibility with quality and safety mindset and thrives in
Moreover, you enjoy working in team atmosphere and having a large network of contacts.
Additionally, your CV includes:
- 5 years or more of experience in civil or renewable energy cable installation
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English
