Order and Project Delivery Coordinator

    We are looking for a coordinator to join our Commercial Support Center (CSC) for North Europe. This position will be a key player to support our sales organization and give excellent service to our customers to coordinate the project delivery for future projects securing the green transition within the energy sector.     The position is located at our site in Asnæs, some travel days per year should be expected.

    The CSC project coordinator is responsible for monitoring sales orders, confirming accurate delivery details to the customers, and securing close stakeholder management across the full value chain.
    It includes verifying the availability of placed orders and ensuring their quality before shipment to avoid complaints and issues.
    Communication is key since you will be working closely with our customers and suppliers as well as internal stakeholders, e.g. sales, product management, supply chain, production and logistics.


    Some of your working tasks
    •    Order processing and monitoring
    •    Delivery coordination & Returns processing
    •    Coordination of projects regarding improving customer experience
    •    Metal coverage management
    •    Handle master data, materials and customers
    •    Drum flow management


    You are passionate about our customers and enjoy working with data
    Your drive, ability to build relationships and your commercial mindset are the most important part of this position. Maybe you are newly graduated in engineering or business administration and are eager to learn more about the green transition – we look forward to continuing your development!


    We believe that you have:
    •    Preferably an education at bachelor level, or 1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales
    •    Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English and minimum one Nordic language
    •    Strong service mind and customer focus
    •    Structured, meticulous and thorough
    •    Teamworking and influencing skills
    •    Good IT skills, especially within MS Office, and willingness to learn
