Are you an experienced Sales and Businessdevelopment Manager, keen on supporting our growth journey across the globe?

Develop of the business
As a Sales and Businessdevelopment Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the portfolio of key customers operating transnationally in the field of offshore interarray cable accessories.
Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and product development teams, your expertise will ensure professional management of client relationships, driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets and continue to grow our business in the Offshore sector.

Besides above you would typically handle tasks like:

  • Project management for offshore wind farms 
  • Coordination of internal processes and interfaces during the order phase as well as project follow-up 
  • Responsibility for growth rates and margins as well as a coordinated price and product strategy
  • Analysis of current market trends and preparation of action plans
  • Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with key customers
  • Set-up, design and implementation of customer-specific trainings and active sales of NKT Accessories products in the offshore sector
  • Proactive implementation of performance and growth analyses, budget compliance, submission of binding forecasts and initiation of necessary measures in case of (imminent) deviation from targets
  • Development of a product strategy in coordination with product management, product engineering and R&D

Strong customer and success orientation paired with pronounced analytical and strategic skills
To fully thrive in this role you are a person who enjoys a diverse working day.

Besides the above we believe you have:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position in a complex technical environment, ideally in the cable, accessories or Offshore market
  • Excellent commercial, technical and legal understanding, also in the drafting of contracts
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages desirable
