Sustainability Manager

Be the anchor point to drive and coordinate our sustainability journey
We are looking for a passionate manager who will be responsible for building sustainability projects from the ground and improving the sustainability in the factories of our business line Applications. You will manage change projects end-to-end across sales, operations and product development to create more sustainable practices. This will involve looking at topics including CO2 emissions, production, and energy efficiency.

As a Sustainability Manager you will:

• Identify sustainability improvement projects across the value chain from R&D to sales support in the business line Applications
• Ensure that sustainability projects are executed and results are reached in time 
• Manage and steer resources across departments, and escalate and resolve resource conflicts 
• Be a change agent ensuring the implementation of given projects

The open-minded sustainability enthusiast with a structured approach
To succeed in this role, you need to be emphatic and easygoing while simultaneously being able to execute the tasks and manage the team. Your previous experience in the sustainability field will help you work in a cross-level organization, without hesitation in approaching employees and managers at all levels. You will manage a small team, currently consisting of a Project Manager.

Your resume might include:

• 3+ years of experience working as a consultant or in-house leading sustainability projects and driving a sustainability agenda
• Academic background e.g. in sustainability, engineering, or environment
• Profound interest in working both strategically and hands-on with sustainability
• Strong analytical skills and data management experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience in working in an international environment 
• Excellent English language skills
