Take lead in coordinating from our tender phase to a new developed product 
As R&D and FEED Project Manager Production, you are part of the project teams that work with the Front End Engineering and Design projects as responsible for tender phase for production as well as the production of the same and also work with R&D  as responsible for the production part. In your role, you are responsible for coordinating the information from production that are needed to be able to offer a project to the end customer, and distinguishing requirements for production based on customers specification. Furthermore, when a FEED or R&D project commences in production, you will be responsible to follow up on manufacturing according to the production plan and to initiate actions and special investigations if necessary.

You provide Commercial & Tender with continuous updates and information from production regarding costs, investments, risks and time aspects. With your focus on production, within R&D and FEED, you work independently with the production issues that affects the sales project and reports to the tender team. You often have several projects at the same time, in different phases, which makes for a varied and exciting workday.

During the start of a project, you will be a part of the R&D or FEED Project Team and provide the project with progress in production, manufacturing budget, forecast and continuous assessments as well as milestone follow-ups. You are the representative from Production in R&D and FEED projects, related testing and production investments. All customer inquiries related to the production will be handled by you as well as conducting production follow-up with the customer.

 
In the role, you work in close cooperation with R&D and FEED project manager, Engineering,  Production line managers, Production line technicians, QHSE Lead, Client, Investments, Production Control, and Production Planning.

Your primary tasks will be, but not limited to:

• Manage and co-ordinate cable production during project phases 
• Assure that all customer and R&D requirements for manufacturing are aligned and followed 
• Provide the FEED and/or R&D Project Manager for respectively project with a manufacturing budget, forecast and continuous assessments and Milestone follow-ups.
• Manage and provide the sales and tender lead for respectively project with manufacturing investments, costs and risks as well as producibility of the project.
• Responsible for development, review and follow-up of project production budget, production schedule, manufacturing plan, monitoring, update and follow up conduct Risk management and consequence analysis when required 
• Follow-up progress on needed investments and assure finalization before start of production
• Participate in Project Summary and Lessons learned internally as well as externally
• Write documentation related to production and the delivery 

Communicative production-oriented project manager 
We are looking for a driven R&D and FEED Project Manager Production who thrives in a role with a high pace and various working days making sure the project goals are fulfilled in a sophisticated way. You need to be flexible and able to quickly adopt to changes and deviations from the original plan. To be supportive, patient and respondent are key factors in this role and the ability to take needful coordinative actions when requested. 
To succeed in this role you need to be an excellent communicator with high ability to adopt your communication to your different interfaces. Finally – we believe you have a high interest in technology and eager to learn more. 

Additionally, your CV includes: 

• University degree – preferably within engineering, industrial economics, project management or similar
• Some years of working experience and/or project management
• Solid experience in understanding project plans
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
