Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Development of intelligent cable technologies for innovative HV cable projects

As a development engineer (m/f/d) you will work on strategic development projects. You will create design drafts in cooperation with engineering and manufacturing and give product presentations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Selection and development of alternative materials and components 
• Planning and conducting type / prequalification / development tests
• Collaboration in process optimisation and introduction of new quality assurance methods
• Development and support of new test methods
• Conducting failure analyses

Committed engineer (m/f/d) who wants to be involved in large-scale green conversion projects
 

You have at least a completed technical education and first professional experience as a development engineer or ideally a Bachelor's and Master's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering? Your working style is characterised by structured, responsible and analytical work? Further important qualifications are:

• Effective communication skills in German and English
• Experience in conducting and preparing presentations as well as confident handling of common Office programs and, if applicable, simulation tools
• Independence, proactivity and goal orientation
