NKT has an opening for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team within Group Reporting and Controlling in Broendby. Key driver for internal reporting and controlling of our most complex Business Line 
To grow in this role, you are able to build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both inside and outside finance, to communicate and explain figures.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Key driver of preparing the internal financial reporting on a monthly basis to the Management as well as the Board 
• Group controller for our Solutions Business Line
• Participate in monthly and yearly reporting and ensure timely and accurate reporting and deliverables to external auditors
• Be a trusted advisor to the Solutions Business Line and our Shared Service Center in Kaunas on reporting and controlling related issues
• Drive and document optimization of the reporting process to further enhance the data flow from local units to Group reporting
• Participate in or lead projects in order to continue lifting the bar for what good looks like

To thrive in this role, you are able to work with a large degree of freedom and self-governance with a healthy level of impatience to take your projects forward. You are able to work with many deadlines and possess proven stakeholder management skills.

Additionally, your CV probably includes: 

• A relevant academic background, such as HD(R) or Cand.Merc.aud
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the reporting and controlling area preferably on Group level
• A good financial accounting knowledge, and ideally experience with project accounting 
• Familiar with the requirements and processes for listed companies
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
