Are you an experienced Technical Service Specialist, keen on supporting our growth journey across the globe?

Responsible for technical support

As a Technical Service Specialist you will be responsible for technical support (MV/HV) and the coordination between regional sites and internal work on our site Nordenham.

Besides above you would typically handle tasks like:

• Providing product configuration as well as technical information during the tender and bidding phase
• Responsibility for complex technical issues
• Complaint management, solution development on a technical basis
• Promoting the NKT product portfolio through technical presentations and visits to trade fairs as well as customers
• Provision of relevant technical product documents for the customer service department
• Representation of product management and management of factory acceptance tests

Strong customer and success orientation paired with pronounced technical knowledge
To fully thrive in this role you are a person who enjoys a diverse working day.

Besides the above we believe you have:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on electrical engineering or technology
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, development or accessories sales
• Extensive project experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.. 40 days/year)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages desirable
