The position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager in Kaunas. What can you expect from the position?
You will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes to increase efficiency and productivity. As a Business Process & Data Analyst you will work closely with Continuous Improvement Manager and various departments to manage business process architecture within finance organization and work on data analytics of Shared Service Center. What do we expect from the candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need a keen desire to learn and analyze the data, demonstrate experience in process architecture management and data analytics, ability to work both individually and as part of the team. The candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or similar fields, 3+ years of experience in business process map creation and data analytics, preferably in finance area.
