We are looking for an experienced Business Process & Data Analyst to join our Shared Service Centre in Kaunas to work on end-to-end processes and data analytics. The position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager in Kaunas. What can you expect from the position?
You will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes to increase efficiency and productivity. As a Business Process & Data Analyst you will work closely with Continuous Improvement Manager and various departments to manage business process architecture within finance organization and work on data analytics of Shared Service Center. Your main tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage business process architecture within finance organization by modeling and publishing end-to-end process maps for Shared Service Centre. 
  • Monitor the process performance by gathering, consolidating and analyzing process data and metrics, developing and maintaining KPIs dashboards.
  • Document finance business processes “as-is” in a flowchart format, using Signavio process modeling tool, based on BPMN and NKT modeling conventions.
  • Review, update and standardize existing business process maps within Shared Service Centre.
  • Organize process reviews within Shared Service Centre, propose ways of process alignment and model “to-be” process maps.
  • Support various functions and departments within the company with business process map creation, analysis and training to end-users.

What do we expect from the candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need a keen desire to learn and analyze the data, demonstrate experience in process architecture management and data analytics, ability to work both individually and as part of the team. The candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or similar fields, 3+ years of experience in business process map creation and data analytics, preferably in finance area. Experience in business process management and process architecture management. On top of this, we expect you to have:

  • BPMN knowledge and proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Signavio, MS Visio, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Accounting and Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge is a plus.
