Provide outstanding user experience
Our new Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design strategies that advance the user experience and support the vision, mission, and roadmap of NKT. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within our Digital Customer eXperience team to design innovative, customer-centric solutions, acting as the voice of the customer and internal users as well. Based on research and data you will secure the customer experience is exceptional and effortless across the different customer touchpoints and internal tools. 

Besides the above, you will also:

• Take ownership of the design process, from understanding user needs to delivering a final design and UI
• Based on user research and analysis, use wireframing and prototyping to create intuitive and effective design development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that designs align with our brand guidelines

You will be part of a newly established team fully focusing on Digital Customer eXperience, where your entrepreneurship will have an integral part in making it easy for our customers to do business with NKT, the growth of the business, and the team. Hence, this is a great opportunity to play a vital part in influencing and setting the direction of a growth area within NKT.

Great communicator with collaboration skills
As you will support all elements of the Digital Customer eXperience team, your collaborative stakeholder management skills will be crucial for your success. So will your in-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working with development teams. You are experienced in digital design keeping a holistic approach with skill in distinguishing needs and business requirements, and an eye for simplification. 

Additionally, your CV ideally includes:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Digital Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related fields
• Certified in UX
• Extensive experience working with Customer Experience / Customer journeys from B2B or B2C 
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools
