This is an exceptional opportunity for you to leverage your skills and knowledge in the field of data quality, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the information used in our digital customer touch points. You will also be working with data analytics providing the business with facts, reports, and KPIs for timely decision-making.

As a Data Analytics & Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for working with and improving our data and information quality, which is a pre-requisite for communicating and selling our products, and a foundation for building great Digital Customer eXperience. You will also be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and preparing data, utilized for metrics, reports, and KPIs, providing insights for business leadership.

You will be working closely with the Product Owner and you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand customer, business needs and identify data requirements, supporting the journey of transitioning the way of working with information and data models from Excel to standardized tools.  

You will also be responsible for:

• Analyzing large, complex data sets, and business processes
• Building prototypes, which can be turned into final solutions, reports and KPIs
• Developing and maintain documentation related to data analysis and data quality
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data analytics and quality

You will be part of a newly established team fully focusing on Digital Customer eXperience, where your experience and knowledge will be important for the growth of the team and customer satisfaction. 

Data analytics as part of your DNA
Working together with the Product Owner for Data Analytics & Quality, you will be the expert on data analysis and data quality. Therefore you will bring min. 3 years of experience working with data analytics and data quality, including using tools such as SQL or Power Query. You have experience in implementing data quality control and data governance, and your proposals and decisions will be based on facts. To thrive in this role, you will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing and recognizing business requirements. Your interest in digital customer experience and optimizing business processes comes with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Additionally, your CV ideally includes:

• B.Sc. in a related field such as statistics, data science, mathematics, or computer science.
• Proven experience of 3 years working as a data analyst, data scientist, or data quality specialist, working closely together with commercial and/or engineering organizations.
• Knowledge of data visualization and relevant tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• High experience in Excel, SQL and building data models
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with SAP ERP
