Your responsibilities

As Site Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and qualitative execution of turnkey projects in the HV AC and DC area as well as the technical management of installers (m/f/d) and subcontractors. Further tasks will be:

• Site mobilization and coordination/resource planning of all internal/external interfaces for high quality during project execution.

• Supervising the execution on site

• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met and instructing internal and external team members

• Participation in project and construction meetings including presentation of status and progress reports as well as participation in site inspections

• Daily documentation of the work carried out and preparation of reports

• Structured and effective process design and preparation of instructions and method descriptions

• Shared responsibility and support for effective and structured processes

What you have to offer

• Successfully completed technical college education in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or civil engineering

• Or at least 3 years of professional experience in construction management of line construction sites or many years of professional experience in high-voltage assembly

• Willingness to travel, stress resistance

• Reliability, team spirit, structured way of working

• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

• Experience with common software such as MS Office

In addition, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Professional experience in project management or construction management

• First management experience
