Supporting customers and the internal sales team

The customer commercial service in Poland now consists of 13 people who are responsible for supporting the sales team and focusing on our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Analysis and implementation of provisions of commercial contracts (in the English language)
  • Cooperation with Key Account Managers (in English) and supporting the Customer Service team
  • Database maintenance, price list calculation and uploads into the system
  • Preparation of reports and analysis
  • Credit/debit notes preparation
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Detailed and analytical approach

To be successful in this role you need to be open-minded and easy-going towards the team, yet detailed and analytical when it comes to your independent tasks.

You take great accountability for your work tasks and you are structured and meticulous. Another key factor is a prior experience in customer service structures or administration.

You need to be good with the numbers and contract analyses.

In addition, your CV includes:

  • University background (economics, management, business administration)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English as well as native Polish
  • Very good knowledge of Ms Office package – especially MS Excel
  • Experience in working with SAP will be a merit
