NKT has recently had commercial growth winning large orders, which will broaden NKT’s geographic scope and require an increasingly global view on rewards. All of this makes our new Senior Rewards Specialist a key player in implementing our processes, whilst supporting our digitalization and standardization journey.

Your key focus will be to facilitate lean process compliance & standardization
The purpose of the role is to support NKT in being competitive on our total rewards offering whilst ensuring process compliance & standardization within the rewards area. • Support Head of Rewards with ongoing ad-hoc tasks/projects (e.g. benchmarking exercises, salary analysis for different teams etc.)
  • Evaluate new and existing positions in the NKT position structure and be able to answer related questions accordingly (links between titles, grades and benchmarks)
  • Prepare for the implementation of new regulations in the field of rewards including pay transparency
  • Contribute to Group HR agenda, suggest/drive changes and ideas to optimize ways of working

In this role, your key interfaces will be HR colleagues (Group HR, HRBPs, HR Directors & HR Coordinators), Business leaders across Business Lines/Locations, colleagues from Group functions (Finance, Corporate Affairs etc.) and Account Managers from our vendors (e.g. Mercer).

Experience in working with large data sets and supporting large global compensation processes
To be qualified as a Senior Rewards Specialist in NKT you have relevant Rewards experience from multinational companies where you have worked with annual rewards processes and large data sets. You are also able to work effectively with some ambiguity whilst acting as a rewards ambassador for all of our concepts. This can be pay for performance, short and long-term incentives, benchmarking etc.

We also think your CV includes:

  • 4-6 years’ experience from a similar role. Knowledge of Mercer methodologies & surveys is advantageous (TRS, Comptryx etc)
  • Solid experience in working daily with Excel, and you are able to easily run vlookups, create pivot tables, charts and possibly have some experience with advanced tools (vba, power BI)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth analysis that can enable drawing conclusions from large data sets
  • Experience with ERP systems and configuring/building reports as per business needs. We use SuccessFactors.
  • High attention to detail and a measured sense of urgency
  • Clear sense of confidentiality and sensitivity to ensure data is handled properly
  • Knowledge of and interest in motivational theories like intrinsic, extrinsic motivation, hygiene factors etc.
  • Knowledge of and a genuine interest in influencing processes from a global perspective, which involves overseeing trends and upholding our policies across locations
