Collect, analyze and report on HR data
As HR Analytics Student Assistant you will collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Our overall aim with HR Analytics is to make more informed and effective HR decisions, leading to improved employee satisfaction and productivity.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
You will report to the Head of Rewards, Mobility, and Analytics and work closely with your Group HR colleagues and the broader HR community (HRBPs, HR Directors & HR Coordinators).

As part of Group HR you will join a team of 10 Group HR colleagues working with and responsible for HR processes and tools such as DE&I, Global Mobility, Analytics, Talent management etc. Our work environment is informal and flexible with the possibility for a hybrid work pattern. This is combined with a competitive hourly rate and an above-average company pension contribution.
You will typically work around 15 hours per week. Working hours are generally flexible to enable you to continue your studies.
