Your responsibility areas
In your role as IMS Consultant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for maintaining the IMS documentation with knowledge of the requirements from the standards (ISO 9001, etc.) as well as internal process structures. Further tasks are:

  • Ensuring a holistic approach to process documentation, from manuals to procedural instructions to work instructions
  • Creating and adapting instructions and process flows
  • Creation of an annual audit program
  • Conducting internal audits and following up on production process-related internal audits, preparing audit report documentation and following up on the implementation of measures
  • Planning and monitoring of certification, customer and pre-qualification audits
  • Conducting training for internal auditors and document maintenance

 
Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on quality
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality management
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Strong safety, cost and quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
