Are you an experienced Senior Key Account Manager, keen on supporting our growth journey across the globe?

Develop of the business

As a Senior Global Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key customers in Germany and across Western Europe.

Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and product development teams, your expertise will ensure professional management of client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Besides above you would typically handle tasks like:

  • Support, expansion and maintenance of (transnational) key customers in the OEM sector
  • Responsibility for growth rates and margins as well as a coordinated price strategy
  • Analysis of current market trends and creation of action plans
  • Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with key customers
  • Design and negotiation of customer agreements in accordance with legal, economic and strategic framework conditions and in cooperation with various specialist departments
  • Proactive performance and growth analyses, budget compliance, submission of binding forecasts and initiation of necessary measures in the event of (impending) deviations from targets

Strong customer and success orientation paired with pronounced analytical and strategic skills

To fully thrive in this role you are a person who enjoys a diverse working day.

Besides the above we believe you have:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position in a complex technical environment, ideally in the cable or accessories market
  • Excellent commercial, technical and legal understanding, also in the drafting of contracts
  • High level of commitment, persistence and resilience
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages ​​desirable
