Sr. Business Controller

We are looking for a team player with high business focus
To support the continuing growth of our successful undersea cable manufacturing business, we are looking for a business-minded project investments controller to join our Finance team in Karlskrona. 

The role: 
You will be working as a finance business partner to project and cluster mangers overseeing the investments in our latest major expansion. You will control the investment projects, including budget, forecasts and analysis. You will also support investment program management for financial questions. This is a highly engaged and fast-moving environment where you will called upon to leverarge your experience and develop your skills. 
 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics or similar
• Relevant experience in a business controlling role working at all levels of a company.
• Excellent communication skills using both English and Swedish

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high level of drive combined with excellent analytical skills. You should be able maintain a high-level view without getting caught in the details. Since you will be working very closly with our project team, you will also need to have strong collaboration skills and be someone enjoys contributing to a team and our overall mission. We have a culture of solving problems and supporting one another, so being ready to help without the need to take credit for every contribution will add to your enjoyment and success in this role.
