Take part in some of our times biggest projects within renewable energy
Your main responsibility is to secure the availability of our in-house produced material to achieve high delivery accuracy and short lead times so that customer delivery dates can be met. You are the process owner for all processes related to production planning, and will continuously work with identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to ensure a cost-efficient and accurate process.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Set strategic direction and participate in modifying the NKT processes, KPIs, and system solutions for the in-house produced items
• Participate in and drive the phase-in and phase-out of in-house produced materials from the supply chain
• Set, measure, and ensure achievement of KPI targets
• Ensure that proper master data parameters are set and updated in the system
• Lead the Production Planning team – ensure there is a common process for planning

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a deep understanding of all aspects of the planning process, and how it relates to our customers and results. You are a leader who goes by example, and have the ability to explain technical matters with ease. Furthermore, you will be in a position with various interfaces, this entails that you have to have great communication skills to get your point across and also the curiosity and humbleness to see things from others' points of view.
Requirements
• University degree in engineering, business, logistics – or equivalent working experience
• Min. 5 years of working experience in planning and/or supply chain
• SAP skills om production and planning – skills in sales, purchasing, and warehousing is beneficial
• Being fluent in Swedish and English – German is beneficial
