Exciting opportunity to be a key player and a trusted partner of support
In the role as Site Assistant, you will play an important part of the organization with your professional and personal service support. You are a trusted partner to perform administrative and management support and assisting in resolving issues and challenges that arise in the day-to-day responsibilities. 

Your responsibilities  

• Coordinate activities and support the management team
• System administration, such as preparation of presentations, spreadsheet creation and maintenance of systems
• Management of content and flow of information on the sites and other company logistics
•  Arranges internal/external events
• Administration and coordination of various documents while keeping professionalism and confidentiality

The position is located at our production site in Falun, Sweden and in your role you will also support our production site in Asnaes, Denmark, with a direct reporting line to the Site Manager in Falun and Asnaes. A few travel days to the site in Asnaes per year are included in the role. 

Creative and serviceminded
As a person you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your work tasks and surroundings. We are searching for someone who has high time-management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at once. You have a solution oriented mindset and the ability to understand the importance of following up. 

Your CV also includes:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, in English and Swedish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Knowledge about and experience of working in business system, for example SAP

It is meritorious for the position if you have written and verbal communication skills in Danish.
