HR Coordinator & Recruiter

End-to-end employee lifecycle activities

In this varied role you will  be responsible for delivering a full, effective, and positive HR support service, covering the end-to-end employee lifecycle for all stakeholders, managers, and employees located in NL. A large part of your responsibility will be to support in full scale recruitment processes including the sourcing of candidates and the onboarding of new employees. You will be the first point of contact for both local employees and international colleagues visiting.

You will support the HR Manager in delivering HR value to the business as well as to ensure policies, procedures, terms, and conditions remain up to date and compliant, helping with implementing and communicating changes as necessary.

Some of your primary tasks:

• Supporting local recruitment processes, i.e. sourcing, selection and scheduling of interviews
• Preparation of job offers and employment contracts
• Ensure an excellent On- and Offboarding experience
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records and data in compliance with GDPR
• Support with and maintain all annual HR processes and related activites
• Payroll services support, keep track of absenteeism and other ad-hoc tasks relating to our employees
• Local HR metrics and analytics
• Maintain manuals, work instructions
   

The role is based in Rotterdam, in the Delftse Poort building right next to Central station. You will be reporting to HR Manager Netherlands with a link to our global HR organisation.

You are motivated by, and enjoy supporting others and take on your day-to-day activities with great drive and level of responsibility. It is easy for you to work in a system- & process oriented way, as the role involves a lot of work in various systems. You are a consistent champion of our company values with an can do attitude. 

Besides the above we believe you have: 

• Completed higher professional education (HBO) in HRM, Business Administration or a similar field
• Experience within an HR Operational role is preferable as well as having relevant recruitment experience
• A proactive and open attitude, are eager to learn and a people and service oriented individual
• General knowledge of NL HR laws and regulations
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
