Position Title: Commercial & Tender Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Follow tenders that are suitable for Company sales targets. Organize online and face-to-face meeting with customers. Follow up all potential Sales Opportunities using CRM Tools. Participate in related conference for building relationships with new customers. Manage Tender activities from finding customers to contract signature. Coordinate internal and external relationship for preparing a winning proposal. Manage proposal team to prepare concurrent proposals before given deadlines. Collect related cost and documentation from internal multidisciplinary technical and commercial departments. Create price files and presentations to be approved by upper management. Manage tender negotiations with customers. 15% domestic travel required.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, or in Sales Management, Program Management, Technical Management, or a related occupation. The position requires experience with the following skills: Ten (10) years of experience working in multinational companies; Five (5) years of Proposal Management experience; Three (3) years of Sales Management experience; and Two (2) years of Contract Management experience. 15% domestic travel required.
