As a Project Controller, you will support a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment, ensuring high-quality financial support and assisting in process improvements. What can you expect from the position?

  • Ensure high-quality project controlling, including cost planning and challenging project managers to increase cost awareness.
  • Manage efficient and timely project administration, including project registration, cost updates, invoicing, and project closure.
  • Provide input to monthly project review meetings and present financial overviews to management.
  • Support sales managers during the tendering phase with cost calculations and relevant terms.
  • Enhance financial understanding within sales and operations teams through training and support.
  • You will be part of a collaborative team based in Kaunas, with regular travel (~once per quarter) to our other sites.

What do we expect from the candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are engaged, focused on progress, and have a strong commitment to process improvement.
You also have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an international company.
  • Solid financial reporting and analytics knowledge, especially within a manufacturing environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office skills.
  • Experience with SAP (or other major ERP) and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Salary range for this position is from 3200 Eur to 3800 Eur brutto.
