NKT SSC in Kaunas is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our newly established quality team that will be working closely with various departments while resolving issues they are facing on the accounting side. What can you expect from the position?
The Quality Coordinator will support and assist Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as carrying quality assurance audits and projects. Additionally, the Quality Coordinator will take ownership of investigating customer complaints and working with the relevant departments to resolve the issues. The main responsibilities for the role will be:

  • Participate in preparing Quality Strategy of SSC and its implementation.
  • Participate in preparing unified MEC procedure of SSC.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products match customer expectations.
  • Investigate root causes of defects and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor trends in customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • To prepare detailed reports on quality assurance metrics, findings, and recommendations.
  • Assisting with MEC activities in teams where attrition is high.
  • Participate in preparing E2E processes of SSC.
  • Assure monthly/ ad-hoc quality checks in teams of SSC.
  • Assist in the development of quality standards and processes.

To be considered for this role, please be aware that we will be looking for the following main requirements:

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed internal customer service focus.
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English.
  • Professional skills in MS Office and particularly in PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree (in accounting/auditing, finance).
  • 3+ years of professional functional experience within general ledger accounting and reporting, preferably from a Shared Services organisation or a major company would be beneficial.
  • A solid technical accounting background with knowledge of IFRS and overall accounting processes.

Salary range for this position is from 3500 Eur to 3900 Eur brutto.
