Building and developing long-term relationships
As Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for the sales of cable accessories, i.e. joints and terminations for medium and high voltage cable systems. You will be part of a team focusing on sales in the Nordic Countries.
Customers are mainly installers, contractors, state and municipal power companies as well as wholesalers. You have colleagues in sales and technical support who will support you with quotations, customer care, etc. You will report your sales activities weekly to the Sales Director of HUB Nordics, North America, and Asia.

For us, personal development and work go hand in hand. As Regional Sales Manager at NKT, you work with building and developing long-term relationships with customers.
Your tasks mainly focus on:
• Strengthening co-operation and increasing sales to existing customers
• Prospecting new customers
• Have daily customer contact, some through personal meetings
• Make short- and long-term sales and activity plans
• Follow up on sales activities
• Forecasting of revenue and margins
• Provide market input to product management
You have your office at home, preferably in mid or south of Sweden, but will frequently interact with our production sites in Alingsås, Sweden and Nordenham, Germany. To be successful you will meet customers 3-4 days per week. Additionally, you will have a company car at your disposal.
Self-driven and collaborative
As a person, you have a positive attitude towards your work tasks and surroundings. You are self-driven with excellent collaboration skills and enjoy taking initiatives. You have the ability to positively engage other people and build long-term relationships.
Your CV also includes:
• Preferably a background within engineering or technical sales
• You thrive in an outgoing role, preferably you have a background in sales
• Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and a high level of both written and verbal English is required
• Preferably you have previous experience successfully working remotely
