Our Graduate Programme is designed to give top graduates a flying start to their career. You'll build deep technical and professional expertise while contributing to projects that matter – projects that support the global shift to renewable energy.

NKT’s power transmission solutions connect electrical grids across countries and enable renewable energy to flow from remote generation sites to the cities that rely on it. Our international Graduate Programme runs for 18 months, and you will be a full‑time NKT employee from day one –  with access to all the benefits enjoyed by our permanent staff.

The programme combines structured learning with hands-on job rotations, both in your home country and internationally. This setup gives you a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into our industry, understand customer needs, explore key market dynamics, and learn how our company operates from the ground up.
