HR Business Partner

Do you possess a strong understanding of talent management and performance optimization? We're looking for an HRBP with expertise in these areas to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping us achieve our business goals.

You will be a key member of the India HR team , you will be the go-to person and sparring partner in core HR processes for the organization's employee and managers. In addition to this your tasks will include:

  • Oversee all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, and streamline them for efficiency.
  • Build a talent pipeline by implementing talent management programs for the unit.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them.
  •  Analyze market data to develop a competitive compensation and benefits package that attracts and retains top talent.

Provide second-line leadership for the HR function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in HR practices. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement customized people strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Improve performance: Create a positive work environment where people are successful, and address any performance issues.
  • Help employees grow: Help define career paths and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Learning intervention:Understand business needs and translate the same to learning interventions. Identify / prepare resources to  deliver learning programs. Develop and implement method to track and monitor progress of implemented programs and initiatives to demonstrate business impact
  • Stay up-to-date: Review policies and procedures regularly to comply with regulations.
  • Support managers and employees: Advise managers on employee issues and respond to employee queries as appropriate
  • Manage HR programs: Support the HR director in implementing new HR initiatives & programs.

The ideal candidate has the following credentials :

  • Master's degree (MBA or MSW) and 8+ years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR programs
  • Expertise in talent management and learning & development
  • Experience in HR operations (a plus)
  • Understanding of payroll and compliance (a plus)
