Experience

• Master's degree in engineering or related field preferred.

• High-level experience in the high-voltage field or technical support management

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with management/team-leading exposure.

• Proficiency in Swedish and English.

A key aspect of your role will involve identifying and strategizing resource requirements for SAT, fault location services, and related fields. By aligning resource needs with our business objectives, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, your technical expertise in laboratory-related investments will be instrumental in enhancing our testing capabilities and driving innovation within our operations. You will also support strategic investment initiatives, playing a pivotal role in our organization's growth and development. 

To excel in this role, dynamic leadership is essential. You should have demonstrated experience in leading teams within dynamic environments, consistently driving performance and achieving results. Strong presentation and communication skills are also vital for effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies.
