Märta, Machine Operator in Karlskrona started her NKT journey as a summer worker. Being inspired after the summer, she decided to take on an educational program within Production Technology, Lean Production and is now with us for her practice. 

Ole is an operator in the lab where he performs long-term testing and inspection of the cables. He enjoys being challenged professionally every day. After 25 years, he still has great job satisfaction and passion for his tasks. He knows everyone and the entire factory, which he feels a great responsibility for.

Marianne started as an operator and has developed into a production manager. She helps her colleagues run the production and handle the daily challenges that arise. She enjoys working with freedom and responsibility. Her contribution to the green transition is really important to her.

Søren Frank Nielsen talks about the freedom he has in his job as a Shipping Assistant. He is happy that he and his team can plan the work themselves and that NKT is doing a lot for the green energy transition. Also after working for NKT for over 30 years he enjoys, that the factory in Asnæs was built.

Josef works at NKT as a process engineer on the isolation line. He started at NKT as a seasonal part-time employee and developed to working full time as an operator of screening lines. He mentions that NKT is a great place to work because it’s a stable company in a growing industry.

Katerina works as production planning manager at NKT. She is responsible for submitting customer orders into the system and managing all the planning processes of the orders. She likes working at NKT because it’s stable and gives an opportunity to its employees to grow and face new challenges.

Linnea works as a machine operator at NKT. Her job is to isolate the line or parties that then turn into a cable, what she finds best about working at NKT is the culture and that more and more females are starting to work on the production line.

Marika is a production development technician, she finds that NKT is a great place to work because it’s under constant development. NKT has a lot of big projects where she and her team need to develop new strategies and adapt the production to keep up with them.

Artur works as a machine operator at NKT in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic. He finds NKT has a nice atmosphere where everyone is ready to help each other, and with great communication between teams and colleagues.

Justyna works as a machine operator at NKT. The focus of her work is to control the technology requirements of a given section, operating of machines and cleaning of the machines. She mentions that her job at NKT is stable and the atmosphere is good.

Zdenek has been working as a production coordinator at NKT for 47 years. He likes the variation of tasks in his job and the team effort required when reacting to changing situations.

Daniel is an electrician at our HV Solutions site in Cologne. He enjoys working with a diverse range of generations at NKT and is proud of our company’s focus on safety.

Ali is completing a 3-year vocational training at NKT and thinks it is great how everyone is working together at NKT.
