Your Responsibilities: 
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our products and services in the renewable energy sector. Your tasks include:

  • Advancing sustainability and renewable energy
  • Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring customers
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Developing sales strategies and plans
  • Conducting sales negotiations and contract closures
  • Market analysis and competitive monitoring
  • Implementing growth rates and margins, along with a coordinated pricing strategy
  • Presenting and actively selling NKT accessory products

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on business or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in technical sales
  • Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects, including contract negotiation
  • Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written), with additional languages being advantageous
  • willingness to travel
