Lead the Way in Groundbreaking Development Projects
Our R&D team is actively engaged in transforming how energy is generated, transmitted, and used—developing sustainable technologies that improve energy efficiency. As R&D Project Manager, you'll manage key projects, from defining scope and planning budgets to coordinating resources and timelines. You’ll collaborate closely with steering groups, product management, business leaders, and external partners to innovate forward.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a forward-thinking and communicative R&D Project Manager with a positive mindset and a commitment to promoting innovative practices. You're a skilled collaborator who modifies your communication style to suit various audiences and thrives in a role where you take full responsibility for project outcomes.To thrive in this role, you should bring both technical understanding and financial awareness, enabling you to manage projects from a holistic perspective. Experience with R&D processes and tools is a plus, as is a background in engineering—especially in submarine cable system design.
