As a Commercial & Tender Project Manager Premium Projects, you will take on commercial responsibility for complex tenders and project execution in the high-voltage sector. Take Commercial Project Responsibility with Vision

In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial coordination and execution of tenders and contracts in the high-voltage sector. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare precise, timely, and cost-effective proposals and ensure successful project implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preliminary review of customer inquiries and coordination with relevant interfaces
  • Performing cost calculations using internal tools
  • Coordinating and compiling all proposal documents for timely submission
  • Communicating with customers and technical teams to clarify technical details
  • Commercial order processing in SAP, including cost and milestone monitoring

You will work in an interdisciplinary team and report to the Director of Premium & Standard Projects. The position is based in Cologne, with flexible work models and occasional business travel.

 

Structured Personality with a Commercial Focus

You are solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy bringing structure to complex processes. You communicate clearly and persuasively and enjoy working in a team. Your interest in technical topics helps you quickly grasp complex contexts.

You also bring:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of experience in project or proposal management
  • Strong skills in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest and ability to delve into technical topics
