Ensure workplace safety and compliance in dynamic field projects

As an HSE Technician - Field Projects, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, protecting both employees and the company from potential risks and legal sanctions. Promote a culture of safety and prevention

As an HSE Technician - Field Projects, you will be responsible for analyzing work environments to identify hazards, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training on safe practices and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will investigate accidents and near-misses, develop and implement safety policies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibility will be to:

  • Conduct risk identification and safety inspections.
  • Provide training and education on safety practices.
  • Investigate accidents and develop preventive measures.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and regulatory compliance.


You will report to the Director of HV Systems and work closely with various teams to promote a culture of prevention and well-being among workers. This position requires travel to various field project locations.

Passionate about safety and compliance

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide employees, strong problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks, and good organizational skills to manage safety programs and maintain records. You also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant HSE certifications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
