Drive HR Excellence in a Dynamic Global Environment

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will manage and execute core operational HR activities while ensuring the effective implementation of global HR processes at the local level. This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the employee experience through engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employer branding strategies. Reporting to the HR Director Iberia, you will also support HR strategic projects, including the integration of SolidAl into the NKT Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver on core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Facilitate local delivery of global HR processes, including Performance, ASR, Talent Management, and Succession Planning, in alignment with the annual HR calendar.
  • Champion a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture by driving engagement, D&I and wellbeing initiatives, including employee surveys and follow-up action plans.
  • Partner with managers to understand business challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable HR strategies that drive performance.
  • Optimize HR policies, processes, and practices to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Enhance employer attractiveness through employer branding initiatives and support internal communications and local events organization.
  • Support global mobility processes, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local legislation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, supporting managers in implementing HSE-related training and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects and drive process improvements.

This position is based in Esposende.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
  • Solid experience in an HR business partner role within a multinational environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge in PT employment law.
  • Effectiveness in a changing environment and ability to connect with multiple partners.
  • Proficient communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
