Elevate our supply chain effectiveness

As an Order Management & Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our supply chain and logistics department. Your role will be to:

• Conduct product research and source from new suppliers and vendors.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or rescheduled orders.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.

You will report to the Head of NKT SA, Rajat Malhotra, and collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless order execution. This position is based in Gurugram.

Seeking a detail-oriented collaborative individual

We are looking for a person with proficient written and verbal communication skills, who is cooperative and has a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work odd hours for material receipts and dispatches is essential. You also have:

• A bachelor's degree or experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in procurement and vendor development.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
