Ensure high standards in testing and documentation

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the testing of cable accessories to ensure they meet customer requirements and agreed test plans. You will collaborate closely with the supply chain and be the primary contact for customers and inspectors. Your structured approach will ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Develop detailed test plans in collaboration with the supply chain and supervisor.
• Ensure requirements (ITP, IEC, and NKT standards) are clear before each test.
• Act as the primary contact for Routine Testing towards customers and inspectors.
• Support operators with structure, instructions, and templates for documentation.
• Ensure documentation after tests (Test Protocol, Test Records, films, photos, etc.) is completed according to instructions.

You will report to the Supervisor Testing and work primarily from our Alingsås location. Travel may be required up to 20 days per year.

Structured and detail-oriented professional with testing experience

We are looking for a person with a supportive and structured mindset who can ensure high standards in testing and documentation. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

You also have:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant work experience.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in testing cable accessories or similar.
• Experience in developing instructions and templates.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
