Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives
As our Talent Attraction Intern, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that give you a broad understanding of recruitment and employer branding.

In this role you will:
•    Assist in recruitment processes, including job ads and interview coordination
•    Support onboarding activities and candidate communication
•    Research and suggest innovative employer branding strategies
•    Help maintain attractive and up-to-date recruitment processes
•    Collaborate with an engaged Talent Attraction team in a global setting

The internship is based in Karlskrona and you’ll report to the Talent Attraction Manager.

Committed and curious student with a passion for people
We're looking for someone who is curious, communicative, and motivated to learn.

Requirements:
•    Ongoing studies in Human Resources, Recruitment or a related field
•    Fluent in Swedish and English
•    A positive and customer-focused mindset
