Manage cable production in green energy environment

Support efficient and safe cable production operations

In this role, you will work with daily production activities to help ensure expected output, quality standards, and a safe working environment. You will collaborate with production teams, support planning of resources, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Your responsibility will be to:
Support production targets in terms of volume and quality
Work closely with production teams and staffing needs
Contribute to maintaining workplace safety standards
Assist with production planning and daily operations
Take part in continuous improvement and process optimisation

You will work at our production plant in Velké Meziříčí, in close cooperation with local teams and within the production organisation.

Collaborative and organised production professional

You are someone who communicates in a clear and respectful way and approaches tasks with a constructive mindset. You enjoy working with others, contributing to team development, and supporting a safe and structured environment. You are comfortable in a dynamic production setting and are able to organise your work and priorities.

You also have:
Experience working with people in a production environment
Knowledge of production processes and quality management
Understanding of continuous improvement principles
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to communicate in Czech and English
