For our production plant in Velké Meziříčí, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Production Manager.

We Support New Challenges

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in managing cable production at our Velké Meziříčí plant.
You will be responsible for achieving the required production volume and quality, ensuring workplace safety within the production area, and managing the staffing of production teams.

The candidate should have the following skills and experience: 

• Experience in leading people in a production environment
• Knowledge of production management, quality, and continuous improvement principles
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong focus on results and workplace safety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
