Lead national sales strategy and guide commercial growth

Do you want to take a key leadership role in shaping our market growth in the Norwegian market? As the Head of Sales Norway, you will guide a skilled team and our market expansion within DSOs (Distribution System Operator), EPCs (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), contractors, wholesalers, and major onshore projects. This is an exciting opportunity to make strategic decisions, enhance long-term customer partnerships, and ensure profitable growth in a sector that supports the green transition. You will play a central part in positioning our company as a preferred supplier while collaborating closely with regional leadership and Nordic colleagues. Elevate national sales performance and commercial impact

In this position, you will oversee the Norwegian commercial organization, ensuring performance across strategic customers and key market segments. You will build robust relationships with DSOs, EPCs, contractors, and wholesalers while guiding your team in executing sales strategy, developing market opportunities, and improving customer satisfaction. You will align closely with supply chain, operations, legal, and product management to ensure effective execution.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Lead the Norwegian sales team through coaching, performance management, and capability development
  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy, forecasts, and growth plans
  • Manage strategic accounts and senior-level negotiations across key customer segments
  • Oversee pricing, tenders, bids, and framework agreements to secure profitable growth
  • Monitor market trends and ensure high-quality CRM and forecasting practices

The role reports to the VP Head of Northern Europe and involves regular domestic travel, with occasional Nordic and international travel. Location: Norway, remote work possible.

You also have:

  • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience within electrical products, cables, power distribution, or related technical fields
  • Demonstrated ability in leading sales teams
  • An extensive network and experience with DSOs, EPCs/contractors, and wholesalers
  • Experience with negotiations, tenders, and framework agreements
  • Experience in a technically oriented or manufacturing environment
