Deliver financial insights to improve business decision-making

In this role, you will plan cycles, performance reporting, and analytical processes that ensure transparency, accuracy, and forward-looking insights across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate complex data into meaningful recommendations, and promote process improvements that enhance our financial performance and efficiency.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Oversee budget, forecast, and long-term planning processes while consolidating and analyzing key insights
• Monitor and report financial and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessments
• Provide analysis and recommendations to management as the primary Finance contact
• Develop BI tools, dashboards, and financial models to enhance analytics capabilities
• Guide and work collaboratively with Analysts and Controllers to align working methods and build a cohesive team environment

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and OPEX Controllers, with occasional travel expected. The position is located in our international finance organization.

Strategic finance professional with solid analytical skills

You work well with others and bring structure to your work, enjoying roles where you can evaluate existing approaches, introduce enhancements, and support strategic planning. You enjoy working with data, transforming complexity into clarity, and partnering with stakeholders across different functions. You take initiative, maintain a results-oriented mindset, and are motivated by helping others grow through guidance and knowledge sharing.

You also have:

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering
• Experience leading planning cycles and performance management processes
• Proficiency in SAP and BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik, plus advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience communicating insights and persuading diverse stakeholders
