Are you ready to support and develop global HR systems in an international organization?
As a Senior Global HR Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems that enable efficient HR processes across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, technology, and data in a global environment, contributing to stable and scalable HR system solutions that support employees and leaders worldwide.

Develop and maintain global HR systems

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Support the administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems
  • Act as Super User / Super Admin, including user access, roles, and permissions
  • Provide 2nd level support for HR systems and contribute to resolving system-related issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of HR systems in line with global HR processes
  • Take part in HR projects and initiatives such as recruitment processes and salary review cycles

You will be part of a global HR team, working in an international environment with limited travel depending on project needs.

HR technology specialist in a global environment

You enjoy working in a structured and collaborative way in an international environment. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders, value knowledge sharing, and take a solution-oriented approach. You are motivated by continuous learning and contributing to improvements that support people and processes.

You also have:

  • Experience working with HRIS or HR cloud solutions, including implementation or improvement activities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
  • Experience supporting HR systems and resolving system-related issues
  • Experience working with data and systems as part of daily work
