As our Treasury Specialist you will step into a central role within Group Treasury, ensuring high‑quality execution of guarantee management, cash management, and essential treasury processes. You will collaborate with colleagues across locations and functions, becoming an essential partner to our trade finance expert in Copenhagen. The agreement will be temporary for maternity cover, with the possibility of extension.

Ensure smooth financial operations in global treasury

In this role, you will join our Group Treasury team and contribute to daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc treasury processes. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and ensure accurate data management, timely follow‑ups, and precise reporting. You will have a key role in managing guarantees, supporting cash management activities, and helping expand our treasury best practices across the organization. This temporary position offers valuable exposure to a broad range of treasury tasks in an international company undergoing constant development.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Handle new guarantee and amendment requests as well as trade finance‑related inquiries.
  • Monitor daily netbank communication and ensure timely updates in the Treasury Management System.
  • Maintain data accuracy for PCG information and guarantee records.
  • Prepare monthly guarantee reports, reconciliations, and Supply Chain Finance reporting.
  • Support AP and GL teams with commission payments and related documentation.

You will work closely with the Head of Group Treasury and the trade finance expert based in Copenhagen. The location for this role is Kaunas, with a hybrid work setup.

You build effective relationships, value teamwork, and are comfortable working with colleagues across different functions and locations. Your self-motivated mindset, diligence in delivering top results make you an ideal person for this role.

You also have:

  • Experience in a similar role or from the banking industry.
  • Proficient MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Salary range for this position is from 3300 Eur to 3950 Eur Gross.
