In this role, you will support the expansion of NKT’s Medium Voltage accessories business in Poland by identifying opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and shaping sales activities in a dynamic renewable energy market and with regional energy distribution utilities. Expand medium voltage accessory sales activities in Poland
As Sales Manager MV Accessories, you will develop and execute sales strategies for the Polish market. You will identify opportunities in the renewable energy and utility sectors while maintaining close cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders. The role combines commercial activities, market insight and coordination of approval processes for NKT’s product portfolio of medium voltage joints, terminations and cable connectors. 

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Polish MV accessories market
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with utilities and renewable energy customers
  • Coordinate type tests, certification processes, and product approvals to support market access
  • Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships and ensure alignment with market needs, qualify and support a local distributor
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare customer proposals


You will travel regularly within Poland with planned trips 3-4 days per week as a natural part of the role. Occasionally you will travel to NKT’s accessory facilities in Nordenham, Germany and Alingsås, Sweden for meetings and collaboration. The position is based in Poland, can be home based, and reports to the Head of MV Accessories Sales.

Relationship builder with a commercial and technical background
You are someone who values long-term customer relationships and enjoys working with both commercial and technical aspects of sales. You communicate clearly, organize your tasks effectively and make well-considered decisions in a continuously evolving environment. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across functions and handle customer interactions in Polish and English with ease.

You also have:

  • A degree in business or engineering
  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in technical B2B environments
  • Experience with commercial negotiations and contract preparation
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy or utility sector
  • Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  • Polish and English language skills
