Planning Specialist

Support production planning and process optimization

In this position, you will support the creation of the production plan, monitor essential indicators and propose continuous improvements to the planning process. Support production planning and optimize operational flow

In this role, you will contribute to the creation, monitoring and control of the production plan, ensuring alignment between the commercial portfolio, production capacity and material requirements. You will support KPI analysis, manage the MRP of raw materials and continuously monitor processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with different internal teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibility will be to:

Support the creation and monitoring of the production plan
Follow the commercial and production order portfolio
Analyse and monitor relevant KPIs
Control and manage the raw-material MRP
Identify and propose improvements to the planning process

The role is performed on-site and is part of a multidisciplinary team with direct reporting to the planning coordination.

Analytical, organized and results oriented professional

We are looking for an autonomous, motivated and dynamic person who enjoys working in environments driven by deadlines and continuous improvement. We value someone with strong analytical ability, collaborative problem-solving skills and clear communication with different teams. We are seeking someone who enjoys challenges, has a structured mindset and feels comfortable managing priorities in an organized way. A proactive attitude, combined with rigor and a sense of responsibility, will be key to succeeding in this role.

You also have:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
Knowledge of Office tools at user level
Fluency in English
Basic SAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred: Previous experience in planning or process improvement
