Are you ready to play a central part in growing NKT’s planning organization and contribute to major projects that power the green transition? As Senior Manager Project Planning, you will lead, develop and inspire a team of project planners supporting our global project portfolio.
Manage and develop a growing project planning organization
In this role, you will develop a team of project planners, ensuring high planning standards across tenders and projects while embedding NKT’s leadership principles. Improvements in tools and processes are implemented, ensuring high‑quality planning deliverables. In addition, you coach your team, balance workloads and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to elevate planning performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and report to the Director Head of Planning. The position is based in Karlskrona.
