Our Shared Service Centre in Kaunas is home to more than 180 skilled colleagues collaborating across Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions. As we continue our growth journey, we are now looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Treasury Specialist to join our engaged Accounts Receivable & Bank Operations team. In this role, you will manage key treasury activities that ensure financial accuracy, operational flow, and robust internal controls. Oversee Treasury Operations With Ownership and Precision

As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting NKT’s financial integrity by managing daily bank operations, executing key month‑end tasks, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, support audits, and identify improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Perform daily bank‑related activities, including automated and manual uploads of bank statements, GL account maintenance, and outgoing payments management.
  • Investigate bank entries and ensure accurate reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Execute FX revaluations and archive bank statements.
  • Deliver Impero controls and KPI analysis in line with defined timelines.
  • Support audit processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

You will join our Accounts Receivable & Bank Operations team of nine professionals and report to the Team Manager. The role is based in Kaunas.

You also have:

  • Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes.
  • Experience with GL.
  • A customer‑centric mindset.
  • Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience in an international environment.

Salary range for this position is from 1800 Eur to 2300 Eur Gross.
