This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization at the forefront of the green transition, where you will shape key processes, build high‑performing teams, and secure consistent, high‑quality performance across critical infrastructure projects. You will report to the Executive Vice President of Grid Solutions and collaborate closely with the business line central functions.

With your strong sense of responsibility and experience operating at executive or senior leadership level, you navigate matrixed structures with ease, make sound decisions, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across the region.

  • Proven experience in business development and operational leadership in a matrixed organization
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, installation, and engineering processes
  • Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with S&OP, supply chain management, and capacity planning
  • A solid background working with QHSE and sustainability governance
