Ensure transparent finance at manufacturing site
The Manager, Finance Asnaes supports financial clarity and reliable reporting for an expanding and growing manufacturing site in Denmark. This position combines financial business partnering, legal entity responsibility, and compliance focus within NKT Distributions. You work closely with local operations and group finance colleagues, supporting performance visibility and forward-looking financial tasks that contribute to the green transition. Partner with operations through transparent financial insight
The Manager, Finance Asnaes acts as Financial Business Partner to the site manager and supports local decision-making through accurate reporting, analysis, and forecasting. The role covers site controlling, budgeting, compliance processes, and legal entity responsibilities. You ensure timely and high-quality inputs and collaborate closely with the Shared Service Center in Kaunas, Lithuania. The position combines operational understanding with financial governance in a manufacturing context.

Your responsibility will be to:
• people management and development of two finance colleagues 
• support management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with clear analysis
• ensure reliable input to accounting closings and coordination with SSC
• manage site controlling, product cost follow-up, and performance transparency
• support compliance, internal controls, audits, and statutory filings
• provide financial analysis that supports operational and group management

You report to the Director, Operations Controlling, Distribution. Travel is expected up to 10 working days per year within Europe. The position is based in Asnaes, Denmark, with on-site work at least three days per week.

Analytical finance partner with collaborative mindset
You are methodical, structured, and comfortable working close to operations. You communicate clearly and enjoy cooperating with colleagues from different backgrounds and functions. You value transparency, accuracy, and accountability, and you approach tasks with curiosity. You are comfortable in an international environment and contribute positively to collaboration at site and group level.

You also have:
• a Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• managerial experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
• at least 5 years of experience within controlling or accounting
• experience from a manufacturing or similar environment
• solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BW, or OneStream
• fluency in Danish and English
