Accounting Quality Coordinator

As an Accounting Quality Coordinator in our Shared Service Centre, you will support the integrity and consistency of finance operations through audits, root-cause analysis, and collaboration across teams. Improve finance processes through audits and coordination

In this role, you will help maintain and improve quality standards across SSC finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency. You will collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement improvements. Your work will support month-end close activities, process documentation, and reporting, contributing to better decision-making and service delivery.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Support development and maintenance of accounting quality assurance policies and frameworks.
• Perform quality reviews, audits, and assessments across finance processes.
• Investigate defects and complaints and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations.
• Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and improvement initiatives.

You will report to the SSC Quality Manager and work closely with finance teams including AP, AR, GL, and Controlling. The position is based in Kaunas with a hybrid setup.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams and processes. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and approach challenges with curiosity and accountability. You enjoy working with data and contributing to improvements that enhance consistency and service quality. You are able to manage priorities and contribute to shared goals in a collaborative environment.

You also have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger or finance operations.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Experience with audit or internal controls.

Salary range for this position is from 3500 Eur to 3900 Eur Gross.
