Ensure accurate HR operations and employee lifecycle support

As HR Specialist in Asnæs, you will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant HR processes, accurate data, and high-quality service across People & Culture. Support employee lifecycle and compliant HR administration
As HR Specialist, you will ensure efficient and compliant HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues to maintain accurate HR data, support contracts and documentation, and handle day-to-day HR queries, including matters related to labour law and collective bargaining agreements. The role includes responsibility for HR systems, reporting, and workforce administration, ensuring consistency and high data quality.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee master data in HR systems
  • Support recruitment administration and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations cases with proper documentation and follow-up
  • Monitor absenteeism and coordinate workforce and shift administration


You will report to the HR Director in Asnæs and work closely with HR Business Partner, managers, and payroll. The role is on-site in Asnæs.

Detail-oriented and collaborative HR professional in operations
You are structured, organized, and attentive to detail, with a service-minded approach to supporting both managers and employees. You communicate clearly and handle confidential information with care, building trust across the organisation. You are comfortable managing your own tasks while contributing to a collaborative team environment and responding to operational needs. A pragmatic mindset and a solution-oriented approach help you manage multiple priorities efficiently.

You also have:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in HR administration or HR operations
  • Experience from an industrial or operational environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency in MS 365 tools including Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent in Danish and English
